WP6: Applications

Work package WP6 is aimed at prototype implementation and validation of selected applications emphasizing different operational aspects such as energy efficiency, reliability, process safety, or production quality.

In WP6, core technology prototypes – provided by WP3 – suitable for real-life proof-of-concept will be integrated, installed, and validated in collaboration with end-users. The prototype implementation will focus on the use cases defined in WP1, which will be validated. Individual validation scenarios will aim to demonstrate the ability of the developed technology to solve major needs defined by each use case. The validation process will follow a specifically designed methodology, which will employ a versatile set of performance metrics.
